1. Regulatory Status

EazySip is owned and operated by Dzambala Financial Services LLP ("Dzambala", "we", "us", "our"), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor holding ARN-313834; this ARN is quoted in all our communications in accordance with AMFI norms. Dzambala is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker, Research Analyst or Depository Participant, and is not a Bank, NBFC or Insurance Company. We act solely as a distributor of mutual fund schemes of various AMCs; any scheme information or comparison provided is incidental to distribution and does not constitute investment advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created with any user unless a separate written investment advisory agreement is executed with a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Commission/trail brokerage earned by us from AMCs is disclosed in scheme documents and consolidated account statements as mandated by SEBI.

2. Mutual Fund Risk Disclosure

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. NAVs of schemes may go up or down depending on the factors and forces affecting securities markets. There is no assurance that a scheme's investment objective will be achieved, and past performance of any scheme, AMC or its sponsor is not indicative of and does not guarantee future performance.

3. No Investment Advice

All website/app content, including blogs, articles, calculators, videos, reels, webinars, newsletters and social media posts, is for general education and information only. Nothing constitutes investment, tax or legal advice, research, or a personalised recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or scheme, and must not be relied on as such.

4. Suitability

Before investing, users must independently evaluate (or consult a qualified professional on) their risk appetite, financial objectives, investment horizon, liquidity needs and tax implications. Investment decisions are made solely at the user's own discretion and risk.

5. Calculators

EazySip relies on third parties including KYC Registration Agencies, CAMS, KFin Technologies, payment gateways, UPI/banking partners, telecom, SMS/email/OTP and cloud/API providers. Dzambala does not control and is not liable for outages, delays or failures attributable to such third parties.

7. Information Accuracy

Information is compiled from sources believed reliable and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness, is subject to change without notice, and market data may be delayed; errors or omissions may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Dzambala disclaims liability for investment losses, market volatility, technology or cyber failures, internet/telecom interruptions, force majeure, and NAV, transaction or redemption delays caused by AMCs, RTAs, banks or other third parties. This clause does NOT exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful default, gross negligence, or statutory obligations under SEBI Regulations or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Intellectual Property

The EazySip name, logo, website, software, graphics, videos, articles, designs and branding are the exclusive property of Dzambala Financial Services LLP and/or its licensors. No use is permitted without prior written consent.

10. User Obligations

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials/OTPs, verifying transaction details before confirming, keeping KYC updated, ensuring accurate bank details, reviewing transaction confirmations, and complying with applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected, stored, processed and shared per our Privacy Policy, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules thereunder), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as and when applicable, based on user consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

13. Advertisements & Educational Content

14. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any exclusive statutory forum (e.g., SEBI/Securities Appellate Tribunal, PMLA authorities, or consumer fora), courts at Gangtok, Sikkim shall have jurisdiction.
