Your goal
What this goal really needs
Enter today's price. Inflation does the rest of the work against you.
You need to invest
₹15,610
every month to reach ₹50,30,491 in 12 years
Cost in 12 years
₹50,30,491
If you ignored inflation
₹7,758
Ignoring inflation would leave you short by ₹7,852 every month.

Common questions
Why does the number look so much bigger than I expected?
Because we price the goal in future rupees. A ₹25 lakh degree at 6% education inflation costs over ₹50 lakh in twelve years. Planning against today's price quietly leaves you half short.
What inflation rate should I use?
6% is a reasonable general default. Education and healthcare have historically run higher, closer to 8-10%.
What if I cannot afford the required amount?
Start with what you can and step it up as your income grows — the Step-Up SIP calculator shows how much that closes the gap.
