These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EazySIP mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Dzambala Financial Services LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

EazySIP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor platform (ARN-XXXXXX) that facilitates the routing of your mutual fund investments through BSE StAR MF. We do not provide investment advisory services under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Returns on mutual funds are subject to market risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. User Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must hold a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and a bank account in India.

3. Account Registration & KYC

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any provided information is found to be false or misleading. Completing video KYC is mandatory for executing transactions.

4. Investment Risks & Disclaimers

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The Net Asset Value (NAV) of the schemes may go up or down depending upon the factors and forces affecting the securities market. We do not guarantee any specific rate of return on your investments.

5. Transaction Execution & UPI AutoPay

All purchase and redemption transactions are routed through the BSE StAR MF platform. By setting up a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) via UPI AutoPay, you authorize us and your bank to automatically debit the specified amount on the scheduled dates. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance in your linked bank account to avoid transaction failures.

6. Fees and Charges

EazySIP distributes "Regular Plans" of mutual fund schemes and earns a commission from the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as disclosed in our Commission Disclosure section. We do not charge any direct transaction fees to users for using the Platform, though your bank may charge for specific UPI or mandate failure services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dzambala Financial Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or investments made through it.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal / Sikkim, India.
