This Privacy Policy describes how Dzambala Financial Services LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the EazySIP platform and mobile application, collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our services. By using EazySIP, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our mutual fund distribution and investment services:

  • Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth.
  • KYC Information: To comply with SEBI and AMFI regulations, we collect your Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar details, address proofs, photograph, and video KYC recordings.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, UPI IDs (for recurring mandates), and your overall investment portfolio and transaction history.
  • Device & Usage Data: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, mobile operating system, and diagnostic data on how you interact with the EazySIP app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various professional and regulatory purposes:

  • To create, verify, and manage your EazySIP investment account.
  • To process your Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and lump-sum investments via UPI AutoPay.
  • To comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
  • To send you transactional updates, NAV changes, and portfolio summaries via WhatsApp and email.
  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues in your preferred language (Nepali or English).
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud and security vulnerabilities.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, to facilitate your investments, we must share specific information with authorized financial partners and regulatory bodies. This includes:

  • Asset Management Companies (AMCs): We share your information with the mutual fund houses whose schemes you choose to invest in.
  • Execution Platforms: We use BSE StAR MF as our backend transaction partner to process your orders securely.
  • KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs): Your KYC details are verified through and submitted to registered KRAs (e.g., CVLKRA, NDML) as mandated by SEBI.
  • Service Providers: We employ third-party companies (such as payment gateways for UPI, WhatsApp Business API providers, and standard analytics tools) to facilitate our App's functioning.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if legally required to do so by a court, government agency, or regulatory authority.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is critical to us. We implement industry-standard 256-bit encryption to protect your sensitive personal and financial data during transmission and at rest. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

Because we operate in the regulated financial sector, we are required by SEBI regulations and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) to retain your KYC and transaction records for a minimum period (typically 5 to 8 years), even after you close your account with us.

6. Third-Party Analytics

We may use third-party service providers (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to monitor and analyze the use of our service. These services collect anonymous, aggregated data to help us understand usage patterns and improve user experience.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
